This policy explains how orders are shipped by Kyronexa.

1. Global Shipping

We ship worldwide.

2. Delivery Time

5–25 business days on average (customs/remote areas may take longer).

3. Processing

Orders handled within 1–3 business days after payment.
No processing on weekends or holidays.

4. Tracking

Tracking number and carrier info sent by email once dispatched.

5. Customs/Duties

Customers are responsible for local duties/taxes.

6. Failed Deliveries

Incorrect/incomplete addresses that cause returns require reshipping fees.

7. Delays

Kyronexa is not responsible for customs or carrier delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Global Returns & Refund Policy

At Kyronexa, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the conditions below.

This policy applies to international orders, unless local consumer protection laws in your country provide additional rights.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

Once your return request is approved, the item must be sent back within 14 days from the date your return request was accepted.

Some countries or regions may provide additional consumer rights. Where applicable, Kyronexa will comply with local consumer protection laws.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition;

  • Returned with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, cables and parts;

  • Free from damage caused by misuse, improper handling or accidental damage;

  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that are returned used, damaged, incomplete or not in resellable condition may be refused or may receive a partial refund.

3. Change of Mind Returns

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong item or no longer want the product, you may request a return within the return period.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;

  • Original shipping fees may not be refundable, unless required by local law;

  • The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.

4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, defective, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please email us with:

  • Your order number;

  • Your full name;

  • Photos or videos showing the issue;

  • A clear description of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution depending on the situation and applicable law.

For faulty or incorrect items, Kyronexa may cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs where required.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Custom or personalised products;

  • Items with hygiene seals that have been opened;

  • Used personal-care items;

  • Opened software, digital products or downloadable products;

  • Gift cards;

  • Clearance or final-sale items, where legally permitted;

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper handling.

If a product is non-returnable, this will be stated where applicable.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for safely packaging returned items.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kyronexa is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Return instructions will be provided after your return request is reviewed. Please do not send any item back before contacting us.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds are usually processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Please note that your bank, card provider or payment platform may take additional time to display the refund in your account.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on stock availability.

If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit or alternative product, depending on your preference and applicable law.

9. International Orders, Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees or other charges required by their country.

These charges are not controlled by Kyronexa and may not be refundable.

If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, taxes or import charges, any refund may be reduced by shipping costs, return costs or fees charged to Kyronexa.

10. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it.

If your order has already been shipped, you may need to wait until it is delivered and then request a return.

11. How to Start a Return

Use the subject line:

Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]

Please include:

  • Full name;

  • Order number;

  • Email used at checkout;

  • Product name;

  • Reason for return;

  • Photos or videos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Our support team will review your request and send return instructions.

12. Legal Rights

This policy does not limit or replace any legal rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.

Where local law provides stronger consumer protection than this policy, the applicable local law will apply.
